JMC Enyorata Bnb is a calm, homestay-style guest house in Arusha—ideal for volunteers and visitors who want comfort, security, and fair pricing. The property has five rooms: three self-contained units and two single rooms that share a toilet and shower. Everyone can use the fully equipped kitchen, reliable Wi‑Fi, filtered drinking water, and hot showers. There is free parking for up to five cars, internal and external security cameras, a pleasant garden, and a washing machine for longer stays.

Cancellation policy and penalty
- No show or within 48 hours of arrival: 100%
- 48 hours to 3 days before arrival: 75%
- 5 to 14 days before arrival: 50%
- 15 to 50 days before arrival: 10%
