Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the JMC Enyorata International Service Ltd website or registering for any program or service. By accessing our website or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

JMC Enyorata International Service Ltd is registered and based in Arusha, Tanzania (P.O. Box 2258). We operate volunteer programs, professional training, tour packages, and related services. Contact us at info@jmctz.co.tz.

2. Applications and Registration

Submitting an application does not constitute acceptance onto a program. JMC Enyorata reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion. A non-refundable Registration Fee of USD $290 is required to secure a confirmed placement.

3. Program Fees

Program fees are based on the number of weeks selected. Fees are displayed in full during the booking process, including any applicable bank or processing charges (5% of the total). All fees are due before program commencement. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellations and Changes

The Registration Fee is non-refundable once your placement is confirmed. If you need to change your program dates or project type, please contact us as early as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Program fees paid beyond the registration fee may be partially refunded in exceptional circumstances at JMC's discretion.

5. Responsibilities of Volunteers

Volunteers are expected to comply with local laws, respect cultural norms, and follow JMC Enyorata's code of conduct. Volunteers are responsible for arranging their own flights, travel insurance, visas, and vaccinations. JMC Enyorata strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance including medical coverage.

6. Health and Safety

JMC Enyorata takes volunteer safety seriously. All accommodation options and project placements are vetted by our team. However, JMC Enyorata cannot be held responsible for personal injury, illness, theft, loss, or any other incidents during your participation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Tanzanian law, JMC Enyorata's total liability arising from or related to your participation in a program shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that program.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of JMC Enyorata International Service Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

11. Changes to These Terms

JMC Enyorata reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
